Once turned on and up to Temperature operation of the Eswood ES25 is simple and easily operated by Kitchen staff, simply open the hood and slide the baskets in, close the hood and the unit will automatically start. Once the cycle is completely finished open the hood and remove the rack. The Eswood ES25 has 1 cycles 120 seconds with the ability to wash up to 25 racks per hour.
