Washtech’s XU represents the next stage of 35 years of local evolution, featuring hybrid controls and 500mm racks. The XU has been reengineered as a sharper looking machine with a new composite filtration system for easy cleaning. With the addition of digital wash and rinse temperature displays it is now easier than ever to accurately record information for HACCP food safety reporting.
