The Blizzard Crystal Square Ice Maker produces large 50 × 50 × 50 mm cubes that melt slowly, keeping drinks colder for longer with less dilution
The ice bars and restaurants use for whisky, spirits and signature cocktails.
It makes up to 40 kg of ice per day with 20 kg of storage, and runs on a standard 240V, 10 A supply.

Choosing your model: the Blizzard ice maker range covers three ice types — SIC-40L for 50 mm crystal square cubes (40 kg/day), SIC-63R for octagonal cylinder ice (63 kg/day) and FWIC-54C for crescent ice (54 kg/day) — while the SN-229D and SN-369D countertop dispensers make soft nugget ice for self-serve drinks.
