  • The Eswood pass through dishwasher is built tough to last in any demanding busy Commercial Kitchen, with the ability to do up to 700 pieces of Crockery, cutlery & Glassware per hour & will accept the standard 500 x 500mm rack. A generous height of 340mm caters for all size plates & bulky kitchen items.
  • Operation.
    Once turned on and up to Temperature operation of the Eswood is simple and easily operated by Kitchen staff, simply open the hood and slide the baskets in, close the hood and the unit will automatically start. Once the cycle is completely finished open the hood and remove the rack. The Eswood ES32 has 2 cycles 85 & 115 seconds with the ability to wash up to 25 racks per hour.
